We're open for breakfast from 8am to 11.30am and for lunch and dinner from midday to 9pm.
Head Chef Miguel has a passion for nose to tail cooking thus minimising waste. Seasonal ingredients always form the basis of his menu and he takes great care to understand where the food he uses has been produced, supporting local farmers and suppliers and reducing food miles.
We like to source and buy produce as locally as possible. We have a relatively small kitchen and don’t like to hold stock so we take deliveries daily, this ensures we use the freshest ingredients. We don’t like to over complicate our menus and believe that when you use fresh, seasonal produce the ingredients and flavours speak for themselves.
Miguel, our head chef is from a family of butchers and hunters in South Africa and likes to know how and where the meat he cooks is reared. He has a passion for produce and enjoys the challenge of using the whole animal and reducing waste.
