You may alight and unload in front of the hotel, where there is limited parking available. We have private parking facilities behind the hotel with access on foot via the garden although there are many steep steps, we recommend you park in the pay and display car park next door.
Guest entry to the hotel is through the front entrance there are two steps up to the door and an inner door that would need to be opened for a wheelchair. We recommend that anyone with a wheelchair uses the side entrance as this is flat. You can access the lounge, toilets and dining rooms from here.
There is no lift in the building. We request that at the time of your enquiry or booking you inform us of any special needs or disabilities. We have no ground floor bedrooms and there are steps to access all bedrooms.
All bedrooms, stairways and passageways are carpeted.
The entire hotel is non-smoking.
Guide dogs are welcome.
Smoke detectors, alarms and emergency lighting are on all floors.
